You keep 67% of every paid lesson to start — and your share rises above that as your ratings and lesson count grow. Because you set your own hourly rate, your earnings are genuinely in your hands.
Yes — both. You name your hourly rate (we never cap or dictate it) and open only the time slots that suit you. Students book around your availability, not the other way round.
Students pay securely through Stripe on the platform. Your earnings, after the service fee, are then paid out to you through your local payout method — so you receive your money the way that works best in your country. You keep your bank details with your payout provider; TutorHub never handles them directly.
Trial lessons are TutorHub's investment in bringing you new students, so they aren't paid out to tutors. Your goal in the trial is to show what you offer and turn it into a package of ongoing lessons — where you earn your full share.
Nothing. Joining is free with no setup fees. TutorHub takes a 33% service fee per paid lesson (which can fall as you perform) and you keep the rest.
Anyone 18+ with genuine expertise in their subject. Tutors are independent freelancers, responsible for their own profile and the lessons they deliver.
